Emma O’Donoghue – Facilitator & Founder

Emma is an accredited Business Advisor with the BEC network.  Her  passion for the support and encouragement of small business, as well as her understanding of the “blood, sweat and tears” that go into running a small business have enabled her to assist several hundred business owners and intenders across Adelaide.   She has also been a committee member for Women in Eastside Business for approximately 4 years.

Sarah Lindblom – Facilitator

Sarah is the Business Development Coordinator for Enterprise Adelaide at The Adelaide City Council. Her current role encompasses advising start up businesses, coordinating the events program, producing online communications and marketing for Enterprise Adelaide. Previous to her role at council Sarah worked in business development for Advantage SA and coordinated a federal funded project which linked secondary school students with business mentors.

Tyson O’Connell , AG Security Group

Tyson is the Organisational Development Manager for AG Security Group, the largest security services organisation based in South Australia. His role is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of AG Security Group and ensuring the organisation’s business strategy is successfully delivered through its people capability. Tyson is passionate about all things SA and connecting young people throughout the state, he is also heavily involved in the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Morgan Martin-Skerm , LightBulb Digital

Morgan is the Founder/Director of Adelaide digital marketing agency LightBulb Digital and is involved in many other startup businesses and web projects online. He has been involved in the web industry for over 15 years in a career that has taken him from working in foreign aid for the Fijian Government to helping global brands do more online in London. Morgan is passionate about doing business in Adelaide and giving back to the community.
